Please note that the conference registration fee exclusively covers the event participation cost and does not include accommodation, travel, or meals. For each paper or abstract, a designated lead author should be obliged to pay the full registration fee (Author fees), whether they attend the conference or not. Each co-author intending to attend the event will be charged their own separate fee. If a primary author submits multiple abstracts for the conference, we offer a discount of 10% on each subsequent submission.

 

"Professionals non-academics" are defined as individuals who are not affiliated with an academic institution, such as industry practitioners, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and others.

 

Student attendees must present valid proof of their enrollment at a university. This could be in the form of an enrollment certificate or a valid university ID that includes an issue or expiration date.

 

The research paper fee entitles only one author (either the main author or a co-author) to attend the conference and receive a single conference kit. Additional kits can be requested for an extra charge. Should authors wish to have their conference kits delivered, an extra fee will be charged. The amount will depend on the courier service selected by the attendee. This service can be availed of upon request.

 

Terms and Conditions

• Submission Deadline: All abstracts and papers must be submitted by the given deadline. Late submissions may not be accepted or may be subject to a late fee.
• Review and Acceptance Process: The acceptance or rejection of your abstract and extended paper (if submitted) will only be finalized after the peer review process. The review process ensures that all submissions meet the conference's standards for quality and relevance.
• Inclusion in the Program and Publication: For a submission to be included in the conference program, to receive an acceptance letter, and to be considered for publication, the author(s) must complete registration and payment in full. This ensures a commitment from the author(s) to present their work at the conference.
• Online Payment Process: All payments should be made online and initiated only after receiving a proforma invoice with the appropriate payment instructions. Please wait for this invoice before making payment to avoid complications or errors.
• Refund Policy: Please be aware that the registration fee is non-refundable after the completion of online registration and payment. We encourage participants to ensure their availability and willingness to attend before completing the registration process.
• Changes in Attendance Mode: Authors who have completed registration and payment for virtual attendance are permitted to change their participation mode to physical attendance if they wish. However, it is essential to note that once a participant has registered for physical attendance, a change to virtual attendance is not permissible under any circumstances.
• Code of Conduct: All virtual or physical attendees are expected to adhere to the conference's code of conduct. This includes respecting all participants and fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Data Protection: Personal data collected during the registration process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used for purposes related to the conference.
